At Harmony Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound. If your instrument isn't the perfect match, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.
Package Your Instrument
Carefully pack your guitar in its original hardshell case and shipping box, ensuring all included accessories and documentation are securely placed inside.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our master luthiers inspect the instrument to verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
